Description
This coffee is from Gesha, a remote area in the southwest of Ethiopia. Gesha is where the deliciously famous “Geisha” varietal is thought to have originally hailed from; being transported to Costa Rica and eventually Panama where it attracted its notoriety. This lot has been processed as a slow-dry natural, being dried on shaded raised beds. Notes of raspberry, strawberry, jasmine, and a merlot-like impression combine to create a complex and balanced single-origin espresso or pour-over.
